We only have one machine right now. So we can only do one party at a time, and for a really big event we bring extra batches rather than a second machine. If one machine is not enough for what you are planning, we will tell you.
It does cold drinks too. The same machine will chill a drink instead of freezing it, so it works in December as well as July. How that works.

Because you are not buying limes. The ingredient difference is only about $20 to $40 a party. The rest is the morning spent squeezing, the shopping trip, mix that cannot sit in a garage for a week, and the recipe testing that had to happen first. If that is not worth it to you, book the Classic — it is a good drink. Most people who taste them side by side stop asking.

Each tank makes about 30 twelve-ounce drinks, so both tanks full is about 60. That covers most parties up to about 45 people. Above that we bring extra batches to refill it during the party — a refill takes about 20 minutes to freeze. We only have one machine, so for a very large event we will tell you honestly whether one is enough.

We open the next summer’s dates in February and the good Saturdays go first. Leave your email and we will tell you once, when they open. That is the whole thing — it is not a newsletter and we do not give it to anybody.
