Bartender figures are typical Austin rates for a few hours plus a minimum, not a quote. Get one and compare properly — we would rather you did.
The machine does not only make frozen drinks. It will chill instead of freeze — so it works at a December party in a warm office as well as it does by a pool in July.
That matters for two reasons. Chilled means you are not handing people a slushie in winter. And chilled removes the ceiling that frozen has: a frozen drink stops freezing if there is too much alcohol in it, and a chilled one does not care.

Frozen: margarita, piña colada, a frozen mulled-cider style thing if you want to be seasonal about it. Chilled: sangria, a punch, spiked cider, a cranberry cooler, or something with no alcohol in it at all so the people driving have a real option.
Carbonated is the one thing it cannot do — dispense the base, top the glass with the fizz.
December is the one month that genuinely fills up. Office parties all happen in the same three weeks, and we have one machine, so it is first come, first served in a way it is not in April. If you know your date, tell us early even if nothing else is decided.
The alcohol is entirely yours. We bring the frozen or chilled base, which has none in it. Somebody on your side adds their own bottles after we have gone home, using the printed instructions we leave. Harper is 11 and Finley is 8, and they are not at your party in the evening — they set up in the daytime and leave.
That is not a technicality we invented for this page. It is written down as a rule, and we published it before anybody asked.
If your office needs paperwork, ask before you book. Slush Sisters LLC is a registered Texas business with liability insurance. Whether we can produce a specific certificate or vendor form, and how fast, depends on what you need — so tell us early and our dad will take care of it, rather than us promising something on a website and finding out later.
If your company has a formal vendor onboarding process, we are probably the wrong size for it and we would rather say so now than waste your time.

Yes, and for a work party that is usually the right call. Two tanks, two flavors, and the people driving home get something that is not a soda.
A normal outlet within about 25 feet, a flat spot, and somewhere we can wheel a cart to. If you are on an upper floor, tell us — we will need to know about the elevator and the loading situation.
Yes. Free delivery within 15 miles of Lakeway, then $1 a mile beyond that, and we will tell you the exact number before you book. Our Austin page is honest about how far the van goes.
Overnight. We collect it the next morning, so nothing has to be packed up while people are still there.
Yes — that is Fresh Press at $375, made with fresh limes and agave rather than mix. It needs five days’ notice because we squeeze it the morning of. For a client-facing event it is the one to book.
